Refund policy
For all returns, any items purchased from Godly Savage must meet the Returns criteria (see below).

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Returns
In the event that an item is damaged en route (prior to reception) or the wrong item is shipped, items may be subject to a return. However, requirements must be met in order to be eligible for a return.
Returns requirements:
- item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it.
- item(s) must be unworn, unused or unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- the receipt or proof of purchase is needed.
To start a return that meets the returns requirements, you can contact us at shopgodlysavage@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
All return requests must be made within 48 hours of reception. Photographs and/or video of defective, damaged and/or wrong item(s) may be required to ensure eligibility of return.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund or replacement was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be either automatically refunded on your original payment method or your new items will be shipped. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
